Positive Mental Wellbeing
With the whole world changing its method of working temporarily, people are being forced to adjust to the ‘new normal’. This can have a huge effect on our wellbeing which in turn effects our everyday tasks such as working, parenting, relationships and our behaviors. Our social interactions have reduced, and some people may be struggling to cope with this way of living.
During the one-and a half hour webinar this webinar will explore the effects of the current situation on wellbeing alongside social distancing and isolation and ways to manage the obstacles that we are faced with in this difficult time. Practical tips and advice along with some mindful breathing exercises will be discussed in order to help delegates overcome overwhelming situations. This session will explore the importance of ‘Happy Hormones’ and how we can utilize them to our advantage. This will help us remain positive and be able to stay happy and active and positive throughout this Pandemic and life as we start integrated back to a world that is very different than before.
